“Do you ship worldwide?”
Yes, I do ship worldwide currently—if a mail disruption is current in your country, it will not be an available shipping option at checkout.
“Are there other shipping options?”
All shipping options offered by my shipping supplier are available at checkout. I understand international shipping can be expensive, and I’m very sorry! I do my best to keep accompanying costs at a minimum to offset the standard shipping rates.
“How long does shipping/processing take?”
Shipping/processing can take 2-3 weeks, as I am a single-person operation, and things can get hectic. If this wait time is too long for you I completely understand, and I hope you are able to find fulfillment for your art-needs through other incredible makers!
“My item is missing/damaged, can I get a refund?”
Yes! Refunds are available for undelivered, damaged, or missing items. Please see my contact page for how to reach out. Please include your order number, name, and issue in your email to me and I will work on processing your refund!
“How long does a refund take?”
Once the refund is initiated on my end, you will receive an email—from that point depending on your bank, it can take 1-2 weeks to show in your account. Residents inside the USA typically see a faster processing time.
“Does this site share my information?”
Nope! All of your information is passed through an encrypted payment service called Stripe, and is trusted by thousands of businesses for secure payments.
“Will I receive promotional emails?”
Nope—all emails you receive will be confirmations and notifications directly related to your orders. You will never receive junk-mail or promo emails.
